These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DIGI LEAK. By subscribing or using the service you agree to these Terms. This is a template prepared for a test build and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

The service

DIGI LEAK aggregates third-party crypto signals and forwards them to subscribers via Telegram and Discord. We are an information and forwarding service. We are not a broker, exchange, fund or financial adviser.

Nothing provided through the service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Signals originate from third-party providers and are offered for informational purposes only. See our Risk Disclaimer.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis as described on the pricing page.
• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute or publicly republish the signals you receive.
• Do not share your access credentials or channel invites with non-subscribers.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The website, branding and original content are owned by DIGI LEAK. Third-party signal content remains the property of its respective providers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGI LEAK is not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
